Expedited and Overnight delivery orders must be placed by 12pm Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the next business day.
At this time we ship to US and Canada addresses only.
If any item cannot be delivered within the specified time frame, we will notify you by email or phone of the proposed delivery date.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from date of purchase. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Baby Kaed will not accept any returns or exchanges without a return authorization number written on the return. Ship prepaid and insured back to baby kaed after getting a return authorization. Please call 888-488-8018 or email returns@babykaed.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Shipping and handling fees on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping and handling on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
